DO use it consistently if you want to correct the behavior
DO pick a command and use the same command consistently
DO keep your voice calm when you say your command
DO trigger your device ONE time for each correction
DON'Ts of using your device:

DON'T put the device up to your pet's ears or to your ears. Keep the device at arms length from your or your pet's ears
DON'T get wet or drop device - use wrist cord - treat your device like you would your camera or phone
DON'T let your children play with this. This is not a toy. This is a training device
